STAMFORD, Conn. -- Jeff Rossen, national investigative correspondent for NBC’s "Today" show and leader of the “Rossen Reports” investigative unit, once again will serve as emcee for Stamford Hospital’s annual Dream Ball gala Saturday, Nov. 7.
The event takes place at Stamford Hospital’s Tully Health Center, 32 Strawberry Hill Court. Cocktails will be served at 6 p.m., and dinner and dancing begin at 7:30 p.m.
The Dream Ball also will feature a silent auction and a "Giving Tree," with all of the proceeds directly supporting the vital programs and services that benefit the hospital’s patients and their families.
Last year, the gala raised more than $700,000 and was attended by more than 800 guests from lower Fairfield County and Westchester County. Gala attendees also will be treated to a live performance by Veronica Martell Entertainment, one of the most sought-after ensembles in the private events industry.
In addition to being featured at many high-profile fundraisers, the band has performed for Prince Albert of Monaco, Donald and Melania Trump, Regis and Joy Philbin and Hillary Clinton.
