STAMFORD, Conn. -- New York Times writer Jane Gross talks about aging and her new book about caring for aging parents at SilverSource's Autumn Breakfast Thursday in Stamford.

Elizabeth Ritter, commissioner for the state department on aging, joins Gross for the event, which starts a 7 a.m. at Crowne Plaza, 2701 Summer St.
