STAMFORD, Conn -- "Robert Klein Still Can't Stop His Leg" will be presented by the Greenwich International Film Festival with a post-film Q&A with comedian Robert Klein, a Briarcliff resident, and director Marshall Fine on Friday, June 10 at 7 p.m.
At the end of the 1960s, three comedians changed stand-up comedy -- Richard Pryor, George Carlin and Robert Klein. If you ask Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, Billy Crystal, or Jon Stewart which person was most influential on their comedy, they'll say it was Klein, a release said.
Comedian Robert Klein, 74, and still performing, offers a humorous look at his daily life, even as the film draws upon a large archive of past and current performances to examine his career, his influences, and the way he influenced others.
The film is not rated and runs 94 minutes.
The Avon Theatre Film Center is located at 272 Bedford St., Stamford.
Tickets ($8-$15) are available at www.greenwichfilm.org
