In his new role, Behnke will be responsible for leading client relationships and compensation consulting activities for large banks.
His primary focus will be on advising senior management and boards of directors on compensation as well as providing support on broad-based compensation issues, including the design and implementation of total rewards programs.
Before joining McLagan, Behnke was the global head of compensation and benefits at Bank of America.
Behnke earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Montclair State University and a master of science degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology.
