NORWALK, Conn. -- GE Capital officials are confirming that job cuts may be necessary as General Electric works out selling off parts of its Norwalk-based financial services arm, according to the Connecticut Post.
Officials would not share numbers of jobs on the line, the Post reported.
One of the largest corporate employers in Fairfield County, GE Capital employees thousands at its main office in Norwalk and its additional office in Stamford, the Connecticut Post said.
