14-Year-Old Shot, Killed On CT Street A 14-year-old died after being shot on a Connecticut street. The boy was found around 11 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, in New Haven after officers responded to multiple 911 calls about someone being shot on Chatham Street, authorities said. When officers arrived on the scene they found Tyshaun Hargrove, a resident of New Haven, suffering from gunshot wounds on Chatham Street, between Rowe and Ferry streets, said Officer Scott Shumway of the New Haven Police.
