Perillo Easily Wins Republican Primary For Shelton House Seat

SHELTON, Conn. — Incumbent state Rep. Jason Perillo won his Republican primary in a landslide Tuesday, according to the Connecticut Post.

Perillo, who has served five terms representing the state's 113th House District, beat back a challenge from Ruth Parkins by an unofficial vote of 1,051 to 109, the Post said.

In the fall, Perillo will run against Democratic challenger Adam Heller.
