SHELTON, Conn. — A female pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run accident late Wednesday near Howe Avenue and Hill Street in Shelton, according to NBC Connecticut.
A woman was found unconscious in the road at about 10:40 p.m. and was pronounced dead at St. Vincent's Medical Center, NBC Connecticut said. Anyone with information is asked to call Shelton Police at 203-924-1544.
