He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 7, 2020.
The second man was arrested around 10:30 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 15, at the Liberty Rock Tavern on Bridgeport Avenue in Milford, when police responded to a call of an unwanted patron.
When officers arrived on the scene they found that Tadeusz Kuchita, 33, of Milford, had allegedly been kicked out of the restaurant earlier in the evening for being too drunk, police said.
Police said he returned and allegedly threatened to shoot employees.
Kuchita was charged with threatening and breach of peace.
He was released on a promise to appear ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 7, 2020.
