Ony Hoymoune was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Oct 26 with Heather Barron, 23, of Milford,, police said.
They were taken into custody on two outstanding warrants for sale of narcotics, Milford police said.
With the assistance of Milford police K-9 Cedar, a quantity of narcotics was found in Hoymoune's vehicle at the time of his arrest, police said.
Hoymoune was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with into to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, sale of narcotics and conspiracy to commit sale of narcotics, police said.
He was held on $25,000 bond for a court appearance on Oct. 27.
Barron was charged with two counts of sale of narcotics and one count of possession of narcotics. She was held on $25,000 bond for a court appearance on Oct. 27.
