Shelton Firefighters Responds To Rollover On Route 8

SHELTON, Conn. — Echo Hose Hook & Ladder Co. 1 & 3 responded to a multi-vehicle rollover crash at about 11:30 a.m. Saturday on Route 8, firefighters said in a Facebook post. 

The crash scene was on Route 8 north between Exits 11 and 12, with one car rolled over on its side, the post said. 

No one was trapped in any the vehicles. Squad 1 and Rescue 30 remained on the scene until the vehicles could be removed from the roadway, which was wet from the morning snowfall.
