Members of the Milford Police Department stopped local resident Christopher Carr shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 2, on Pumpkin Delight Road near Monroe Street, following reports of an erratic driver in the area.
Police said that during the traffic stop, they established probable cause to investigate Carr and his vehicle. During that search, Carr was found to be in possession of heroin, a glass pipe and a cut straw.
Carr, 26, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Following his arraignment, Carr was released and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 27 to respond to the charges.
