A 65-year-old landlord was arrested for breach of peace following a confrontation with the tenants of a property he owns.

Gabor Pernyeszi of Shelton was arrested on Monday following an incident in which he yelled at the tenants of the property he owns on Erna Avenue, said Milford Police Lt. Robert Kluk.

The victims told police that Pernyeszi came onto the property and began yelling at them about work done on the property, police said.

Pernyeszi was charged with breach of peace and released on a promise to appear ticket. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 4.
