Roger McGovern, 75, is accused of badgering the 33-year-old cashier in an attempt to recover the cost to repair a dent in his Cadillac Escalade he blames on the cashier, according to the Connecticut Post.

Police say that on Aug. 19 the cashier lost control of his bike, hitting the Escalade with his elbow. Following the incident McGovern flashed his badge and demanded $2,600.
