Four Charged In Shelton Home Invasion

SHELTON, CONN. -- Four people face charges in connection with a home invasion at a Shelton home last month, according to the SheltonHerald.com.

Shelton police arrested Shawn Craig, 19, and Joseph Cahill, 18, both of North Haven, along with Robert Torelli, 22, of Branford, and a 17-year-old female. All four face a variety of charges from the Sept. 8 home invasion incident that left the homeowner bleeding from a serious head wound, SheltonHerald.com reported.

Shelton police said the female juvenile, Craig, Cahill and Torelli, along with another male juvenile, all worked together in a plot to assault and rob the victim, the SheltonHerald.com said.

Police said they expect to make more arrests in the case, SheltonHerald.com said.
