Firefighters Free Driver In Rollover Crash In Shelton

SHELTON, Conn. — Firefighters from Echo Hose Hook & Ladder Company in Shelton freed a driver in a rollover crash early on Friday, March 4.

Echo Hose Hook & Ladder Companies 1 & 4 were dispatched to Constitution Boulevard in the area of Plaskon Drive for the reported motor vehicle rollover.

Squad 1 arrived to find one SUV off the road on its side with one occupant still in the vehicle on a morning with wet roads.

Squad 1 & Engine 2 stabilized the vehicle and assisted the occupant out to the care of EMS.

The crews cleared the scene shortly thereafter.
