SHELTON, Conn. -- Officials responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a car rolled over onto its roof Thursday morning at 5:30 a.m. on Center Street and Long Hill Avenue in Shelton, according to Echo Hose Hook & Ladder Fire Company No.1
