SHELTON, Conn. — Jonathan S. Sabo Jr., 15 of Shelton, died Sept. 29, 2016.
He was the son of Jonathan S. Sabo Sr. and Nancy DiCaro Thomson. He was born Feb. 16, 2001, in Bridgeport, and was a lifelong Shelton resident.
He was a student in his sophomore year at Shelton High School, where he was a member of the Shelton High School marching band.
He enjoyed working for Fairview Tree Farm in Shelton. He was an avid New Orleans Saints fan and liked fishing, archery, trap shooting, and playing his drums.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Jack Sabo of Shelton; maternal grandparents, Sal DiCaro Sr. of North Springfield, Vt., and Eileen DiCaro of Shelton; paternal grandparents, Lee Sabo of Oxford, and Maureen Sabo of Shelton; aunt, Laura Motes and her husband Andy and their daughter, his cousin, Lela of Barkhamsted; uncle Sal DiCaro Jr. of Newport Richey, Fla.; and Godmother, Sheila Millo of Newtown.
Calling hours will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday in the James T. Toohey & Son Funeral Home, 92 Howe Ave., Shelton. Interment will be private.
