In a letter to Planning and Zoning Chairman Ruth Parkins, site attorney Dominick Thomas revealed his clients are looking into other uses for the one-acre property, the Shelton Herald reported.

The application may be resubmitted with an increase in one-family homes and the construction of a 12-15,000 square foot industrial building divided into bays, said the Shelton Herald.
