Plumb Library Seeks Sorters For Spring Book Sale in Shelton

SHELTON, Conn. -- The Friends of the Shelton Libraries Spring Book Sale at Plumb Memorial Library will be held from May 19 to May 21.

The library is looking for people to sort the books on May 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. No experience is needed; on-the-spot training is offered to willing workers.

The book sale opens with a First Look–Thursday, on May 19, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Friends‘ Spring Book Sale kicks off with a preview night, $5 admission per person (children under 12 years are admitted for free), full prices prevail.

The Book Sale continues Friday, May 20, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It's a full day, full price.

Everything is half price Saturday, May 21, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Bag Day will be Sunday, May 22, from noon to 4 p.m. Buy a bag for $5 each from the Friends and fill it. The Sunday sale deal does not include media items.

The Plumb Memorial Library is at 65 Wooster St., Shelton.
