Women In Networking Group Gathers For Meeting In Shelton

SHELTON, Conn. – The Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Women In Networking (WIN) meeting Tuesday from 8:45 to 10 a.m. at 10 Progress Drive, second floor, Shelton.

WIN is also holding a Holiday Hoopla Wine & Apps event Thursday, Dec. 10 from 5-7 p.m. at Conti Associates, 415 Howe Ave., Shelton. The WIN group is hosting the special evening to recognize the 2015 WIN Entrepreneurial Grant recipients. Enjoy some wine, apps and conversation with friends old and new, plus bringthehoopla fun, contests and more.

Cost is $20 per person. Net proceeds Benefit the WIN Grant Fund through the Valley Community Foundation. Click here to register for this event.

WIN was formed in 2002 by a successful group of businesswomen to share hurdles unique to women in business as well as professional referrals and advice to learn and grow.

In addition to business networking, WIN developed an entrepreneurial grant program for Women In Business. The WIN members produce and host an annual fundraiser to support this grant and their fund with the Valley Community Foundation. They meet the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
