Woman In Serious Condition After Being Mauled By Her Four Dogs In Connecticut
A Connecticut woman is in serious condition after being mauled by her four large bull mastiffs.
The incident took place around 2:20 p.m., Monday, Oct. 7, when Plymouth Police responded to a report of a person bitten by multiple dogs at her Terryville home, in the Plymouth region, said the Plymouth Police.
When police arrived at her Eastview Road home, they found Patty Collins, in the backyard of a neighbor's home with numerous bite wounds, and were able to extract her from the situation, police said.

Greenwich HS Grad From Newtown Killed In I-84 Wrong-Way Crash
Funeral services have been set for a Newtown business owner and Greenwich High School graduate who was one of two people killed in a wrong-way crash on I-84.
According to Connecticut State Police, Diego Fernando Jimenez, 48, of Newtown, died following a wrong-way crash around 1 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 14, on I-84 in Southbury.
State Police said the crash occurred when David Hozer, 46, of Southbury, was traveling the wrong way on westbound I-84 when his 2011 Audi Q5 struck a limousine Jimenez was driving.

Man Seriously Injured After Being Run Over By Own Jeep, CT State Police Say
A 73-year-old man was seriously injured after being run over by his own vehicle in a liquor store parking lot after allegedly leaving the Jeep Cherokee in gear, said Connecticut State Police.
The incident took place around 3 p.m., Wednesday, May 22, when Stephen Kovzel, of Oxford, got out of his vehicle in the parking lot of the Oxford Liquor Shoppe, at 19 Oxford Road, state police said.
