Driver Pulls Gun On Pedestrian In Stamford, Police Say A road-rage incident led to the arrest of a Stamford man after he allegedly threatened a pedestrian with a gun. Clinton Baxter, 57,  was charged with threatening after getting into the argument around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, after allegedly almost hitting the pedestrian, said Stamford Police Sgt. Kenneth Jarrett.  According to police, a man was crossing Summer Street near Main Street when Baxter allegedly almost struck him with his black Mercedes-Benz.
