RIDGEFIELD, Conn. The Ridgefield Police report going to a house Saturday on Limekiln Road where they charged two people with providing alcohol to minors.
The police arrived around 10:01 p.m., and according to the report, determined that it was a party where minors were drinking.
Alyssa Cook, 20, who according to police was hosting the party, was charged with providing alcohol to minors. She was released on a promise to appear and given a court date of Aug. 9.
Police also report charging a second Ridgefield girl, 16, with providing alcohol to minors and was given a juvenile summons before being released on a promise to appear July 30.
The number of teen-agers at the party is unknown, but the police report that their parents were called and came to pick them up at the home.
