The swastika was found on Tuesday, Nov. 21, and a full investigation was done, according to the Ridgefield Press.

Principal Stacey Gross called it an unacceptable incident of prejudice, the Press said.

This is the second incident this school year involving the hateful symbol at the school. A swastika was found etched into a classroom table in September.

In June, anti-Semitic symbols and statements were found on the stage at Ballard Park in Ridgefield along with racist statements.

In March, a swastika was discovered along with racist and anti-Semitic graffiti on the outside of Ridgefield High School.

There were two similar incidents last month in neighboring Wilton. In two incidents, swastikas were found drawn on a wall in a boys bathroom  at Middlebrook School.
