RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Newly reopened with a revamped menu, Bailey's Backyard restaurant on Bailey Avenue in Ridgefield was praised for its renovations in a review by CTBites.com.
The restaurant has always had a fresh from the farm aspect, but according to CTBites, the restaurant owners felt it was time to start over and try something new.
Seasonal menus will complement the restaurant's new farm-to-table attitude. The new executive chef, Forrest Pasternack, a Connecticut native, will help the restaurant achieve its goals.
