The Norwalk Junior Soccer Association will hold tryouts for its travel teams at the West Rocks School Upper Field.
The girls teams will tryout on June 18. The under-9 and under-11 girls begin tryouts at 10 a.m. The under-10 and under-12 teams begin at 11:30. Girls under-13 begin at 1 p.m., and the under-14 girls begin at 2 p.m. Rain date is Sunday, June 19.
The boys teams will tryout on June 25. The under-9 and under-11 teams begin at 10 a.m., followed at 11:30 a.m. by the under-10 and under-12 teams. The under-13 boys begin their tryout at 1 p.m., and the under-14 team begins at 2 p.m. The rain date is Sunday, June 26.

Tornadoes Play in U16 Semifinals
The NJSA Tornadoes under-16 team plays in the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association under-16 boys State Cup semifinals Saturday against Newtown. The Tornadoes, coached by Jacob, advanced with a 2-0 win over Shelton and an 8-0 win over Madison. Saturday's winner advances to the State Cup final June 18 at Simsbury.
