Keene State College captured its third straight New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association championship last month, and Norwalks Connor Pennoyer played a large part in the Owls success. Pennoyer, a junior from Fairfield Prep, won the 100-yard individual medley and finished second in the 100 butterfly. He also helped the 200 freestyle, 400 medley and 400 freestyle relay teams to victory. The 400 medley relay team set a school record in its win.
Keene won with 656 points followed by Bentley with 555. Keene State will compete next in the NCAA Division III championships later this month at the University of Minnesota.
