Jets, Steelers Players Host Free Clinic Sunday In Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. -- Two players from the National Football League will host a free clinic at Norwalk High School on Sunday, July 12. The clinic is run in conjunction with Norwalk Junior Football.

Dexter McDougle of the New York Jets and Chris Hubbard of the Pittsburgh Steelers, as well as some of their NFL teammates, will be the clinic.

It runs from 8 a.m. to noon and is open to players ages 7-14. 

Players will receive positive male and female guidance as well as expert football advice from current NFL players and high school coaches focusing on individual instruction, off the field decision making, age and ability grouping, 7-on-7 competition, speed and agility training, blocking, passing, tackling and kicking techniques, NFL Combine style workout, conditioning, nutrition and much more.
