It was a "grand" night for Alex La Police in the West Norwalk Little League, as the Yankees' slugger hit a grand slam and a solo home run to pace his team to a 8-2 victory over the Sox. LaPolice's slam in the third inning cleared the left field fence by a large margin to help the Yankees and back the strong starting pitching of Hal Haloppa.
