A Connecticut-wide initiative called "Where Do You Stand" portrays young men in a positive light as vital allies in preventing sexual violence in their communities.

The campaign invites all men to consider their stance on how men can prevent sexism and sexual assault. This initiative has been launched in lower Fairfield County by the Center for Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling and Education.

Its Men of Strength training program is designed to equip men to take a stand against all forms of sexual violence. Men of Strength empowers men to use their voice, influence and actions to become a part of the solution, rather than part of the problem.

The program will be held at 1 p.m. on West Campus, room W105. For more information, please contact Charlotte Poth at the Center for Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling and Education at (203) 348-9346.
