Warren Harding High School was placed on lockdown Monday following a threat involving a firearm, police said.
The lockdown, which has been lifted, was issued Monday afternoon after someone allegedly made the threat, said Av Harris, a spokesman with the Bridgeport Police Department.
Police responded and following an investigation and the threat was found to be unsubstantiated, Harris added.
School officials could not be reached for comment.
