Halstead Property announced that real estate agent Marianne Dolan of their New Canaan office has been recognized for being a Realtor Emeritus after 40 years in the business. Halstead's executive director of sales in New Canaan, Sharon Daley Maasdorp, accepted the award on Dolan's behalf.
"Marianne is a real inspiration to all of us in the industry. She grew up in New Canaan and really knows every inch of the town, Maasdorp said. Marianne has been successful for many reasons, but primarily it is her great love of our community that has endeared her to all those she's worked with, both buying and selling property in her hometown.
Dolan has earned the GRI and CRS designations and is a member of the New Canaan Board of Realtors, the New Canaan MLS, CAR and NAR. She serves as the co-chairperson of the membership committee of the New Canaan Real Estate Board.
