NORWALK, Conn. -- State Senate Majority Leader Bob Duff (D - Norwalk/Darien) earned a perfect score from the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters on its 2015 Environmental Scorecard.
The scorecard rates state legislators by the votes they cast on environmental bills.
Duff said he was proud that Connecticut is one of the nation's leaders in protecting air, soil, and water.
