NORWALK, Conn. -- State Rep. Fred Wilms (R-142) visited Silvermine Elementary School on Tuesday, March 1.
Wilms' visit, in honor of the Read Across America program, came just one day before National Read Across America Day, celebrated March 2, alongside the birthday of Dr. Seuss.
Wilms read the Seuss story “Hooray for Diffendoofer Day!” to students at the school.
