Detective Michael Pugliese, who has worked for the department since 2012, received the promotion. He has worked in both the Patrol Division and Special Services Division. Detective Pugliese is also a member of the Emergency Services Unit Tactical Response Team.
Detective Pugliese has also won a number of awards during his time with the department, receiving recognition through Distinguished Service, Meritorious Commendation and Officer of the Month awards.
With his promotion, Detective Pugliese will now be assigned to the Detective Bureau.
