The three people arrested as part of a probe by the Statewide Narcotics Task Force Southwest Office into heroin trafficking were, according to the Connecticut Post report: Sylvester Edward, 27; Michael Ross, no age given; and Tanisha Edward, 29.
Besides the bagged heroin, unprocessed heroin, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and bullets for handguns were discovered during the raid of Edward’s residence at 6 Leuvine St., The Connecticut Post reported.
Ross also lived at the home, media reports said.
The three were charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, and risk of injury to a minor, among other things, the Connecticut Post story said.
The Edwards' children were turned over to the state Department of Children and Families, according to media reports.
