Suspect Calls Police, Admits To Stabbing Person Multiple Times In Bridgeport

A person was stabbed multiple times on Mill Hill Avenue in Bridgeport, and the suspect called the police to admit to the crime.

The attack took place around 9:30 p.m., Thursday, July 11, in the area of 140 Mill Hill Ave., said Terron Jones, spokesman for the Bridgeport Police.

The victim suffered numerous stab wounds and was taken to Bridgeport Hospital, he said.

The person who allegedly attacked the victim later called the police and admitted to the crime. The suspect was taken into custody.

Jones said there was no additional information available, including the identity of either person, any charges filed, or the condition of the victim.
