Silver Alert Issued For Missing Norwalk Woman

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 29-year-old woman in Fairfield County who hasn’t been seen for days.

The Norwalk Police Department issued an alert for Sokombi Mwilambwe, who was described as 5-foot-5 weighing approximately 220 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Mwilambwe was wearing a black top, gray sweater, black pants with a white bag and black suitcase.

Police said that Mwilambwe was last seen on Friday, Oct. 4 on Water Street in Norwalk. She reportedly suffers from mental health issues and is endangered. Anyone with any information about her whereabouts or who recognizes her has been asked to contact the Norwalk Police Department by calling (203) 854-3114 or 911.
