Norwalk Police Seek Suspect In Scam Against Elderly Resident

NORWALK, N.J. -- Police said they're looking for two women who allegedly talked an elderly victim into handing over her debit card and passcode.

The suspects then removed $800 from the victim’s bank account, according to the Norwalk Police Department.

The first suspect is described as a black female, mid-twenties to early thirties, 5-foot 5-inches tall, about 150 pounds, last seen wearing black clothing. 

The second suspect was described as a black female, in her 40s or 50s, 5-foot 2-inches tall, with braided hair. 

The suspects were in a dark colored vehicle, possibly a Jeep. 

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in the surveillance photo. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Officer Prada 203-854-3111.
