Norwalk Police Add New Officers To Ranks

NORWALK, Conn. -- Three new officers recently were added to the ranks of the Norwalk Department of Police Service.

Officers Rob Papay, Raul Aldarondo and Kennedy Claver-Obinna will attend the Milford Police Academy starting Friday.
