NORWALK, Conn. — A South Norwalk man was charged with selling heroin after he was arrested by U.S. Marshals at his Sable Street home on Thursday, according to the Hour.
Norwalk Police launched an investigation into 24-year-old Rojia Ferguson for heroin sales, the Hour reported. Police told the Hour that Ferguson sold heroin to cooperating witnesses two times in January.
Ferguson was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, and possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, the Hour reported. His bond was set at $75,000.
