A man with an active warrant was caught with crack and cash during a traffic stop in Fairfield County, police said.
Malcolm Williams of Norwalk was arrested Thursday following a stop by Norwalk Police on Flax Hill Road, said the Norwalk Police Department.
When officers approached the vehicle they could smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle, they added.
A search of the vehicle turned up 45 grams of crack cocaine and cocaine, 15 grams of pot, and two ecstasy pills, police said.
Officers also seized $353 from Williams. During his arrest, police found he also had an active arrest warrant for additional narcotics charges.
