Man Stiffs Cabbie $200 After Ride From Brooklyn To Milford, Police Say

A 23-year-old man is facing charges after refusing to pay his taxi driver for a $200 ride from Brooklyn to Milford, according to Milford Police.

Police responded to the vicinity of Broadway and Andrews Avenue on Tuesday, Feb. 12 on a report of a person unable to pay their cab fare.

Further investigation led to the arrest of Bruna Andrade of Cape Canaveral, Florida. Andrade was charged with sixth-degree larceny and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, March 12.
