Officers responded to the residence at 12 Powder Hill Road on Saturday, June 22 at midnight, according to Wilton Police.

When they arrived at the home, the offers found a number of underage people who allegedly appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, police said.

An investigation revealed Spencer Thors, 19, was reportedly found to be the one throwing the party and who provided the alcohol, said police.

He was charged with permitting minors to possess alcohol and possession of alcohol by a minor, given a misdemeanor summons, then released on a promise to appear in Norwalk court on Tuesday, July 2, according to the Wilton Police Department.
