NORWALK, Conn. – Pauline Anna Quaranta, 95, of Norwalk, died on Tuesday, March 31, at Norwalk Hospital.
She was born Sept. 22, 1919, in the Bronx, to Leopaldo and Anna Iannace. Her greatest passion was her family, closely followed by cooking.
She is survived by her daughter Marie (Ronald) Castorina of Norwalk; her son James (Susan) Quaranta of Brookfield, Conn.; two grandchildren of Norwalk; six great-grandchildren of Norwalk; and a sister of Orange, Conn.
Her husband, Alhphonse, and three sisters, Helen Stetz, Mary D’Aliso and Imogene Calabrese, are deceased.
Visitation will be Friday, from 4-8 p.m. at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk. A graveside service will be held Saturday, at 10 a.m. in Riverside Cemetery, 81 Riverside Ave., Norwalk.
