NORWALK, Conn. – Paul Barton “Bart” May, 56, died Friday, May 15, in Norwalk.
Born in Evanston, Ill., he was the son of John and Signe May, formerly of Norwalk, who predeceased him.
He worked for the Town of New Canaan's Department of Public Works for over 20 years. In his free time, he enjoyed partying with friends at Cranbury Park, attending concerts, bird watching and blasting music as loud as he could.
May is survived by his son, Brandon Barton May of Newton, Mass.; three sisters; five nieces; three nephews; three grandnieces; and two grandnephews.
Visiting hours will be held Saturday, May 23, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home, 5 E. Wall St., Norwalk. A celebration in honor of his life will follow at Cranbury Park from 5:30 p.m. until closing under the pavilion.
