She was born on June 9, 1940, to Dominick and Margaret (Franchina) Falzetti.
She was predeceased by her husband, Mario Guarino.
After retiring from Clairol, Perkins was employed at Stamford Healthcare Credit Union until 2007.
She was a feisty woman who spoke her mind. She would always lend a hand to whoever needed her help. She loved spending time with family and friends and enjoyed dancing, singing and spoiling her grandchildren.
Perkins is survived by her daughter, Debbie Gower and husband Keith; her brothers Joseph Falzetti and wife Sue, Dominick Falzetti and wife Alice; her sisters Mary LaBlanc and Clara Piro; her grandchildren Christopher Gower and Gina Gower.
She was predeceased by her brothers Chester Falzetti, Peko Falzetti and Johnny Falzetti; brothers-in-law, Robert LaBlanc and Joseph Piro, sister-in-law Patricia Falzetti and nieces Joanne Falzetti and Linda Piro.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a..m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Ave., Stamford. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery in Darien.
There are no calling hours.
