NORWALK, Conn. – Allen Donald Fedor, 82, died Sunday, April 5 at Norwalk Hospital.
Born Aug. 1, 1932, in Norwalk, he was the son of the late John and Margaret Fedor.
Upon his honorable discharge from the Air Force, he returned home to Norwalk and started toward his career as owner of Fedor Auto Body in South Norwalk.
A longtime member of the South Norwalk Boat Club, he loved boating, skeet shooting and traveling with his wife, Elizabeth “Bergie” Fedor and their close friends.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years; his son, Allen Fedor and wife, Andrea, of Norwalk; daughter Sandy DeVingo and her husband, Edward, of Norwalk; son Randy Fedor of Norwalk; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was predeceased by his brother, Robert.
Visitartion is Wednesday, from 4-8 p.m. at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, at 10 a.m., in St. Jerome Church, 23 Half Mile Road, Norwalk.
Interment with full military honors will follow at St. John’s Cemetery, 223 Richards Ave., Norwalk.
