Nearly 100 people from several Norwalk neighborhoods partook in the good food and fun times at the Plaza at 50 Washington Street, and also used the event as an opportunity to discuss the project and share their thoughts.

“It was great to see so many people here tonight,” said Doug Adams, senior director of GGP Norwalk. “It’s nice to have the opportunity to get people’s feedback in a laid back and fun environment.”

Guests enjoyed hamburgers and hot dogs from Outdoor Cookers, and listened the sounds of Djneeshnyce.

“I am excited that this project will not only boost Norwalk's economy but will provide much needed jobs for the residents of Norwalk,” said Norwalk resident Eva Beau. “This event is another example of GGP taking the time to listen to the voice of the Community which is key in obtaining our support.”
